Taxi-Flow is an Android bookkeeping app for Quebec taxi, paratransit and rideshare drivers. You enter your income and expenses by category, the app calculates the GST (TPS) and QST (TVQ), produces your reports and exports them to PDF. It also includes a taximeter at Quebec rates, safety inspection rounds, driver documents, the joint accident report.

Yes. Taxi-Flow tracks your income by trip type (regular, medical, airport, tips) and your expenses in 16 categories. Whether you are a self-employed driver or a company driver, as soon as you need to track your own numbers and taxes, the app is built for you.

Yes. Taxi-Flow was built first for paratransit drivers, whose assigned routes and income change every day. The safety inspection round takes into account the additional devices of adapted vehicles, and the bookkeeping tracks your variable income with no paper.

Yes. Taxi-Flow suits drivers who drive with Uber or another rideshare platform, as well as drivers from every taxi company. You consolidate your platform income, your expenses and your taxes in one place, and your reports by period prepare your taxes.

Every new account gets a free 14-day trial with all features and their counters, with no credit card. After that, a single subscription takes over: $5.99 a month or $59.99 a year, with 5 invoice scans a day and 20 document scans a month. Prices are shown on the Pricing page.

No, never automatically. No credit card is asked for the trial. If you want to continue after the 14 days, you choose to subscribe yourself.

Automatically. The 5% GST and the 9.975% QST are calculated on your expenses as you enter them, and every report shows the tax totals payable for the period you choose: day, month, 3 months or year. These numbers prepare your returns; they do not replace your accountant's advice.

Reports by day, by month, by 3 months or by year, with your income, your expenses, your net balance and the detail by category. Every report exports to an accountant-ready PDF report, ready to hand to your accountant.

Yes. Taxi-Flow is offline first: entering your income and expenses and doing your safety inspection rounds works with no signal. As soon as the connection returns, everything syncs automatically with your account.

A step-by-step guide walks you through it on site: 911 emergency button and sharing of your GPS position, scans of driver B's documents, photos of the damage, a sketch drawn by hand in the app and both drivers' signatures. At the end, the app generates the PDF of the report.

Yes. Driver Documents keeps your taxi permit, your SAAQ pocket document, your insurance and your vehicle attestation, with alerts before they expire. Automatic reading reads your invoices and receipts: the amount, the taxes, the supplier and the category are picked up, the matching expense arrives pre-filled and you approve it before it is saved.

Your documents, your SAAQ mechanical inspection and your taximeter inspection are tracked with their expiry dates. The app warns you ahead of time with a simple colour code: green at 30 days before the deadline, yellow with a friendly reminder at 14 days, then red in the final 7 days. You book your appointments on time, with no unpleasant surprises.

You simply switch to manual entry, which is always available in the app: nothing is ever blocked. Your smart scans renew automatically, 5 invoices a day and 20 documents a month. And if you have a backlog of paperwork to enter, the pack of 500 scans ($10, with no expiry date) gives you smart scans again right away.

Yes. Your data is used only to run your account and show you your numbers. It is never sold or used for advertising. The full details are in our privacy policy.

Yes. Your reports export to an accountant-ready PDF report, and the taximeter trip log exports to CSV, for your accountant or your tax return. Your data belongs to you.

Yes. The taximeter applies the rates of the Commission des transports du Québec, preloaded in the app: daytime, a $4.10 flag fall, $2.05 per kilometre and $0.77 per waiting minute; at night, $4.70, $2.35 per kilometre and $0.89 per minute, with the $1.05 levy per trip. Day and night switch automatically based on the trip start time, and the settings can be updated if the Commission revises its rates.

The meter is built to be presented for inspection: its settings lock with a PIN code, certified mode freezes the rate parameters, an event log tracks changes and distance can be calibrated over a known course. Inspection and sealing nevertheless remain the decision of the agent who performs them; Taxi-Flow does not promise certification.

Your data stays accessible: manual entry and viewing remain free, and the balance of a purchased scan pack stays usable. However, the included scans drop to zero, and safety rounds and joint accident reports are reserved for subscribers.

You can request deletion from the app or by email at support@taxi-flow.com. Deletion erases your personal data within a maximum of 30 days. The full steps are on the Account deletion page.
