One scan is one invoice or document scanned and entered into your books on its own. The pack is only used once your included counter is exhausted, and it never expires: the perfect tool to enter your old receipts and late documents in one go. Your scan balance shows in the app, next to your counters.
A Taxi-Flow scan does not just photograph your invoice: it reads it. The amount, taxes, supplier and category are recognized automatically, and the expense arrives already filled in. You approve it, it is filed, and there is not a single line to type by hand. And when your scans for the day are used up, nothing is blocked: manual entry is always there, and the pack of 500 scans covers your backlog, with no expiry date.
Cancel the subscription anytime, in your store settings (Google Play or App Store). No hidden fees, no cancellation penalty. There is no one-time plan: a single subscription, monthly or yearly.
Payments will go through Google Play and App Store billing, secured by the stores themselves. Taxi-Flow never stores your card numbers.
